The Processing division carries out our self-developed electroless plating by using various types of electroless plating solution (Kanigen®).
The Gunma plant which is the stronghold for plate processing, is the country’s biggest in terms of scale and facilities; thus, it is possible to coat parts of various size and shape, ranging from small sized parts used for mass production for example in auto or electric apparatus, to larger sized rolls used in plants.
Furthermore, our plating can be used for many types of material such as iron, stainless steel, aluminum and copper. In addition to this, a variety of plating methods are available, such as, electroless plating known as Kanigen® and high-performance plating methods including CERAMICKANIGEN®, KANIFLON®, KANIBORON® and KANIBLACK®. The production line system is divided according to the type of plating method and all plating processes are carried out under strict quality control.
